FrostWire is an Android torrent client and SoundCloud downloader.
It follows the computer software of the same name and is used for the same purpose. It's capable of peer to peer downloads and streams and can save songs as MP3s from SoundCloud, enabling you to listen offline and effectively get music for free (although you should look into the legality before doing this yourself).
There are many Android torrent clients, and this one honestly doesn't have many advantages over them, but it also doesn't have many shortcomings. All of your downloading and uploading (or "seeding" and "leeching") torrents can be seen on one small screen. The SoundCloud downloader generally works, although it can become buggy and unresponsive at times.
